Pu9 (bundles.pu9.im) is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and casino platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between pu9 and its users.

• Deposited funds will only be returned to the same account.
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.

• Technical Issues: If a bet is not confirmed due to a server or network issue, no funds will be deducted.
• Maximum Payout: pu9 sets the maximum payout limit per bet slip, and this limit is subject to change.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in live betting. Always check the latest odds before confirming a bet.

Pu9 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet. If unusual betting patterns are detected, payouts may be delayed pending investigation.

Pu9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant bonus page. General bonus conditions are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirements: A specified betting turnover must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Timeframe: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Once it expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pu9. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Bonus Abuse — using fake accounts or false information to claim bonuses.
• Match fixing or placing bets with prior knowledge of the outcome.
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Betting using funds belonging to a third party.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to pu9's systems, servers, or databases.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Pu9 verifies the identity of all users in compliance with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed.

Required Documents:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent selfie holding your NID card.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (if required).

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours. If additional information is required, our support team will reach out. Submitting false or altered documents is a serious offence and will result in permanent account closure.

Pu9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering or completing KYC with false information.
• Suspected fraudulent financial activity or money laundering.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Any valid balance left in a closed account can be recovered upon providing valid proof of identity.

Pu9 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by third-party software or device issues.
• Account information leaked due to user negligence.
• Force Majeure — natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial Losses from Betting — betting is a risk-based activity with no guaranteed winnings.

Pu9 always strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service; however, occasional downtime may occur due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, pu9 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

Pu9 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or site notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore important to review this page regularly.
